Season 4- Did anyone else ever notice this?! (Really disturbing)

So I'm watching The More Things Change Part 2 and in the beginning when Ken walks into the kitchen to confront Junior about not proposing to Laura, they have this conversation: "Well good morning." "Morning." "How are you today?"- look to where Junior's sitting- there's a large person standing there close to the camera- they're wearing a orange tie dye shirt/blouse? I've noticed it before and thought it was something gone wrong with the ripping of my DVD and checked my DVD. It's not. It's actually there in the episode. It still scares me when I see it, as I try not to notice it. It's at 7:24, if you want to take a look for yourself.
