Fangoria just reported a Feb 24 release in NY and LA, with a "likely" nationwide release. Poster is out, too, and looks cool (notice Cuba Gooding's upside down name tag).

I dont get the name upside down thing, I would understand the badge being upside down, but his name?

at the begining of the movie he turns it upside down because his partner makes him put his uniform on
