Not only was this one of the worst movies ever made, it was a blaitent ripoff of the show The Shield. Not just with its similar theme, but even with its look. The film copies the way the shield is shot. That grainy film stock, similar lighting, and exact "documentary" style handheld shakey-cam look.
To someone who has never watched the show The Shield, it will not bother. But to an avid watcher and fan of the show, its impossible to ignore.
It also lacks something else The Shield has.....realism. While the plots of both are a bit far fetched, they are just movies/tv shows. But The Shield has such realistic and beleivable charactors.
The dialouge in Dirty is terrible. Its so lame and unrealistic. And we get yet another flat, stale performance by the ever annoying Cuba Gooding Jr.
Notice that Tevon (sp?) was actually in "Dirty" too?
