Great series (1-3), but ended HORRIBLY

I thought seasons 1 through 3 were great. When Nancy was living in the suburbs, everything about the show just seemed to click. The characters were cool, the plots were interesting and at least slightly believable. But the minute Nancy left the suburbs, everything just went downhill from there. I "sorta-kinda" enjoyed season 4...but then again, not really. All the other seasons after that were just horrible. The very last episode of Weeds was beyond awful. I mean, what was the writer / director of the show thinking?! It is such a shame. Weeds had a lot of potential as a television series. At one point, it was my favorite show. I can't believe how badly this series ended.
