I thought the movie was farely good i wouldn't buy it but it wasnt any of the actors finest movies.. but i'd give it a 6 out of 10
"I Feel like my whole life has been a journey into your arms."
Umm...probably because it *did*.
shareI dont think it sucks i thought it was funny as hell especialy that Howie dude who lived in the closet he was too funny.
Death is Certain, Life is Not.
As a fan of Rob Schneider and as a fan of movies, I can offer these explanations:
a.) The bullying of young children is a horrible thing to comprehend, but the truth is, it happens to a small portion of the populace. Most viewers can't relate
b.) The movie is too cliche. I could predict what was going to go on, although there was a nice twist for those who haven't seen it
c.) For children, and for children only. The movie is incredibly linear and I can't see it attracting a fan base outside of 12 years old (ha ha)
d.) Seeing a guy eat suntan lotion = gross
Overall, did I think this movie was worth watching? It certainly had its moments. I'd be lying if I said it weren't funny, and it's a great family flick. As a fan of "The Hot chick" though, it's not what I expected.

are you guys serious? this movie was hilarious...especially howie he was so funny...and for the person who said this was aimed at 12 year olds you might need to rethink that as i went and saw it with my friends (we are 17-18yr olds) and thought it was great even both of my parents enjoy it as well so yea

I must know, almost 9 years later-- does this review still hold water for you, gorgis_princess?
sharea) You're an idiot, bullying happens to most of the population especially school age children.
b) It's a comedy I hope you could figure it out
and you being a fan of the Hot Chick says it all
"c.) For children, and for children only. The movie is incredibly linear and I can't see it attracting a fan base outside of 12 years old (ha ha) "
I'm 19, and I find the movie HILARIOUS. A lot of the stuff in this movie is not for kids, and kids wouldn't get it.
because it seems to be human behaviour to watch a movie and then post "THAT SUCKED" on imdb. :(
I honestly loved this movie.
I thought it was really good. The puking moments grossed me out, but I dealt with it. I loved Clark and Howie. They were the best. Richie was good too. I think that if people hate it so much, then why the hell would they bother looking it up on IMDb just to bash it? I think that that is just plain stupid.

The sense of humour on this movie is so similar to mine. Dark and stupid! =) That really added to the effect of me saying to my friends every five seconds: "That's exactly what I would've said!"

Because it does
shareI didn't think that it sucked. I just thought a lot of it was 'forced humor'. Especially with Jon Heder.
I Feel Like A Friggin' Soccer Mom! - Dean Winchester, Supernaturalshare
Forced humer? god some people really look into movies. Its a movie, and it was heaps funny.

My two kids (8 & 12) are watching it as i write and im finding hard to remember the last time i heard them laugh so hard at a movie..
shareI thought some parts of it were very stupid and simple..but you can't deny that some parts were hilarious. And I generally don't like "stupid" comedy. i think if it had some better writing and a slightly better plot it would have been a great movie.
And i don't understand all the rob schneider bashing, he was really funny on SNL, he is funny in the small parts he plays in alot of adam sandler movies. I think some people are just mean and like to make fun of others.
nick swardson makes this movie...he's hillarious
shareBecause some of the stars of the movie, Clark and Richie were so stupid. Clark looked retarded, seriously he was really dumb. And the rest of the movie is a little boring and with not too good jokes. And Rob Schneider is the serious of the movie! That´s pretty weird.
And there are a lot better comedies. I love all the other "Happy Madison" movies but this wasn´t that quality.
