should get a season of over 40 cooks. Everyone is over the hill. Best middle aged man or women wins.

It's not worth being a musician after 40 if you want to sell records, not worth learning chess after 40, pretty much anything that takes stamina and focus and discipline you need to start at a young age.

So much of it seems to be based on potential rather than actual results. It's like a sports draft. A 30 year old player may be the most productive, but the rookie out of college is the best choice for long term viability.
