Are There 2 Different Versions?

Sorry if this has been posted before, but are two different versions of this film, because on amazon.com it says that the running time is 130min, while here it says 89min? I'm confuzed, because the cover that they show on amazon.com is the exact same cover that I have on my DVD. They look like the exact same thing! Or are they referring to the movie and all the special features combined as the run time? Please tell me, because I thought the exact same thing when I bought Transformers: The Movie and on the back it said that it was 5hrs long, when it really isn't? And even the special feature and the film combined don't make up that run time! Like what the hell man?!?!
