-During Evie's torture scene, there were supposedly different men (one at a time) interacting with her, were they all voiced by Hugo?

-About V's story; Any insight on why V got into the Larkhill facility?

The two main torturers were Hugo and the guy that played Creedy

No one knows...likely he was deemed an "Undesirable" by the government. He could've been a political activist, gay, outspoken/critical of the government, a Muslim, etc.
