I'm shocked. I'm not exactly looking forward to this game but I thought some people were, enough so that there would be at least one topic about it.

I can't wait for Destroy All Humans! I hope it doesn't let me down, but THQ has definately cleaned up their act so I doubt that happening.

That's what I mean by cleaning up their act. I'm talking about their Super Nintendo days. Those were some bad games. Wayne's World for example. I don't even know why I'd play them but I still did. They changed when they got that new logo. Now THQ really amazes me, I'd say their a favorite developer of mine.
I heard a nickname for Destroy All Humans!-Grand Theft Alien. I'll be really disappointed if it's not as good as Mercenaries.

Yeah Mercenaries is like a Grand Theft Auto North Korea. You have several employers you take jobs from and there's other missions too. There's also stuff like blueprints scattered thoughout. They're like the hidden packages. The driving isn't as good as GTA, but other than that it's a good rip-off. It's also pretty fun blowing up buildings to rubble too.
The developer that did Mercenaries is the same one doing Destroy All Humans! too. I think it's going to be pretty rad.
Well at least we have they have experience with an full scale city.

I saw a trailer for it yesterday and it looks like it's shaping up to be a great game.

at the time this post was made (april 9th 2005) the game had a good 3 months to come out....how can you judge a game only by pics and video's...that is about as stupid as looking at the back of a box and judging the game....*sigh* your person the kind of person that looks at a girl (or a guy) and judges then how they are in bed by the way they look.....sad....very sad.....
