(pause the game and enter, as soon as ur done look at top of screen for cofirm.)
(hold L2 enter code then release L2, repeat 4 next code)
Unlimited Health: square circle <- <- square
Unltd Ammo:<- circle R2 -> R1 square
Unltd Holobob and PK: R1 R2 circle ->R2 circle

Tip; Holobobing 4ever: This works 4 me, during the game in holobob form u can still use PK without blowing u cover. Good 4 AREA 42 missions.

all of the ons that you posted work but the health one doesn't right before the last square on that one there should be a circle

it should be
square circle <- <- circle square

you can already holobob and use telekinesis without blowing your cover, its easy
