Who played Midas' controller?

I cannot tell from the credits and I don't recall a name being given for the controller character. He was shown ringside in the Crash Palace and, I believe, he had lines we heard. Doesn't that merit a credit?

Perhaps it is just uncredited but the guy looks at times like Jim Cramer and Louis CK. No, really!

So, any ideas who played Midas' controller?
