Robot Combat League for 2020
Did anyone else notice that the way the robots were portrayed in the film seemed like a more advanced version of Syfy's Robot Combat League, just seven years from now?
Although, I don't think we'll be there technology wise, unless the RCL picks up some major viewership and legit engineers start investing into the sport. But yeah, when Noisy Boy's arm got ripped off and the hydraulic fluid started spraying everywhere the first thing I thought about was when the robots would lose a limb in RCL and the hydraulic fluid would start spraying everywhere, haha.
