Carlos should have been immune to the T-Virus.

Carlos was treated with the anti-virus after being bitten in "Resident Evil: Apocalypse," so he should have been immune when L.J. bit him.

Bare in mind he was bitten by one of the souped up zombies, so think of it as a different strain of the T Virus - maybe the Coffee Virus ;)

Also, I've have influenza more than once!
