No, but it was a little confusing at first, since the villain in the movie is named Abu Hamza, which is also the name of the former imam of Finsbury Park Mosque in London, and who is now serving a life sentence in the USA.

Part of it (the large vehicle bomb) was based on the Khobar Towers bombing of 1996.
