why isnt the uncut version on Blu Ray???

Because there's really no difference between the r-rated theatrical release and so-called unrated cut released on dvd. The studio seems to be witholding the early pre-release nc-17 cut of the film wich had more nudity and more sex scenes, as well as longer versions of the sex scenes that actually made it in the theatrical cut.
