He ends up at a psychiatric hospital. Too much detail to describe to you what happens at the end when they all meet up at Helena's place. Great Scene. I suggest you watch it.

Very nice movie.

I didn't get it did he really do those crimes or did she make him believe he did all those crimes cause he grinned at the end be4 the credits rolled.

Just smile and wave, boys. Smile and wave

I suppose she's playing with his mind and she did it. The bath tub scene almost assured me that she did it. But you can think of it any way you like. Like the first one.

She did it, it was her way of playing mind games with those viewing the movie. ALso, her way of telling those watching the movie how she got out of all the crimes she committed. She just mind f'd you.

He couldn't possibly have done it because he had an alibi (screwing the psychopharmacologist girl) for the first murder of the reporter. Which leads one to belive it had to have been either the cop or Catherine. The fact that the cop is still trying to convince David Morrisey to not believe Catherine even as he dies also tends to lead one to believe that she was indeed murdering all these people.
However, the thing with that conclusion is I never really thought Catherine killed anyone in the first film either and the ice-pick under the bed at the end of the film was just a cheesy "or did she?" moment on the part of the film-makers, but didn't really make sense.
So now we have one film where she was a victim of circumstance and in the second film where she's a psycho who was able to predict pretty much what every other character was going to do two steps before they did it. Hmmm,...

How could he not possibly do it? It never said the exact time the reporter died. He could have F'd the woman, had a few minutes to spare and then killed him. He could've also killed his wife. How could Catherine know that his wife would be in the bathroom? We also see him kinda angry when he sees Catherine and that man ahve sex, so he could;ve killed him outta jealously. Maybe Catherine knew that he was going to kill and wanted him to, by using herself as his scapegoat. At the end, he gets to be in a mental ward and doesn;t have to spend time in jail. Maybe the whole thing was his plan all along.

Doctor didn´t it. Even producers said that he wasn´t the killer, because almst nobody liked this idea. "Without you I wouldn´t have done it", said Catherine, so, she did it. Obvious.

That still doesn't make it obvious. As mentioned, I still believe it was the cop that committed all the murders, manipulated by Catherine(that's what she's talking about). The clues are all there if you look close enough.
