CBC picked up Power of Nightmares. Playing tonight. Would have posted it earlier, but I only found out today. If you miss it, look for a repeat sometime later in the month or into next month.

PoN is a brilliant doc, that should open some eyes.

Does anyone have a taped copy of this show that they would be willing to loan out? It hasn't shown in the US... and all the internet copies I can find are absolute garbage in terms of quality.

Hmm, actually there are some good copies floating around the net. I found some 700mb xvid versions, but i am at work and don't have the link.

I saw this in the theater in san francisco yesterday with Q&A of Adam Curtis the director afterwards. The quality is not that great to begin with. Lots of old archival footage. Is is a documentary after all.

If you use a bit torrent client, there are some excellent copies out there.

Search torrentspy.com or isohunt.com after installing a bit torrent client for your machine. It's far superior to other P2P software.

Damn it, I got the CBC doc update in my weekly email from them...meant to catch it and totally forgot about it. Grrrrrrr....I'm sure they will replay it.
