Closing credits font color

Most people do not care about this but I would really like to know what color (shade) of Blue is the font in the closing credits? There is something special about that specific color of Blue for me.

Does anyone know a name for that color of Blue or the RGB value in a computer to get it?

I'm watching it now. It's entirely unreadable with a black background and that darker blue font.

Mann may have thought it looked cool, it just looked stupid. Fittingly, since the movie sucked as well.

'neon blue' - miami is famous for neon lighting/signs on clubs and restaurants, especially back in the 80's when the tv show was made.
it plays tricks on the eye - has almost a kid of shimmer.
'cobalt' is close.

Thank you.

What I have discovered is that the background color makes a difference. When the background is a dark color the Blue is striking whereas if the background is a light color the same Blue does not affect me the same.

Mann's Thief (1981) had a similar color for the end credits.
