Where did Bobby Mercer come from when he gets ready to fight Sweet in the end?

I am pretty sure we never see him riding with Jeremiah and his ex-union friends. I suppose he was trailing them from behind, but still, I did laugh a bit when Victor asks who is gonna take on the champ and Wahlberg walks across the ice standing tall lol.

Also, I know the fight between Sweet and Bobby is meant to be between these two, but with all of those guys around, you would think that they could have all jumped Sweet if they wanted. But Bobby/Sweet is the climax, leader against leader, so I get why they did it like that.

And how did he get the timing so spot on? lol. For some reason just this morning that scene came into my head and I had the image of Bobby looking all cool walking across the lake and then after all these years it hit me how unrealistic it all was. I came on here to start this very thread.

There's a moral to this story Del Boy but for the life of me I can't find it!

I honestly thought Bobby was going to wipe the floor with Sweet. Like totally kick his ass but Sweet put up an OK fight. I guess you have to know how to fight if you're that much of douchebag.
