If I had to of dealt with Mike James I would have told him off and left. There is no way I would have tolerated his arrogance. What a male chauvinist pig. I feel sorry for his wife and children!

Yeah, I found Mike to be very belligerent and his wife, while much more receptive to the nanny, appears to be quite docile almost dizzy like.
