YES! In your face, ABC! Cancellation to all reality TV shows! Ah, revenge, sweet revenge! My plan for the cancellation of ABC itself (otherwise known as the "Reality TV Show Channel") is working!

The show came to an end because Jo Frost decided to end her reign as Supernanny.

It would have came back for another season otherwise.

That's right, Supernanny was NOT CANCELLED....it WOULD have continued if Jo Frost had not decided to quit. She wanted an opportunity to have some time to herself. She was constantly on the road and, IIRC, she was considering possibly getting married and finally having children of her own. Years ago she made a comment about not having children, but it sounded like she has changed her mind. =)

So did you lobby Jo Frost to quit, or was that just something she did to aid you in your daffy mission?

Jo quit because most people today cannot handle being a parent
