Do any restaurants offer penguins in their menus?

People in the past obviously could. That's why you don't find any of them in the North Hemisphere nowadays.

I don't know, but I reckon it would taste like overboiled chicken, that's left to cool, then steamed, then frozen for six months, and than slightly warmed up.

The early Antarctic explorers ate them as a last resort, as they taste foul (very fatty and yukky).

1. They're too cute
2. They're very hard to get (they're in Antartica for God's sakes!)
3. They would be SUPER expensive

yup...thumper tastes pretty wonderful...

same goes for bambi and his dad, and all the characters on 'barnyard' and basically any other animal-personifying, brainwashing *beep* movie.
