Was Mrs. Sinclair innocent?

Any thoughts? Was she really cheating on her husband?

Adrien Brody's girlfriend in the movie says "He's crazy" about Sinclair.

But that's all the more reason for Mrs. Sinclair to cheat on her husband; "he's crazy" and she wants to get away from him.

In another scene, Adrien Brody is taking photos of a couple of guys coming out of her building. There's the implication that one of them might be Mrs. Sinclair's lover.

So -- although the issue is unresolved -- I think Mrs. Sinclair was probably cheating on her husband. By the way, every other person in the movie seemed to be cheating on a spouse or lover.
