Hi everyone,

Since Casanova is coming to Masterpiece Theater very soon, I was wondering how explicit/R-rated parts are?
I wanted to watch it, but don't want to be innundated with nudity and such.

The Casanova that Masterpiece Theater is showing is not rated R. This is the BBC miniseries they're airing. You may be thinking of the film version of Casanova, which was rated R.
The BBC version has sex in it, but it is mostly shown in the form of montages and is done in a comical manner. There's no nudity. Most of the sex takes a back seat to the main plot. As you can see on the Casanova IMDB profile, it garnered a rating of 15 in the UK.
