Was just watching this recently on DVD again, and I love the music that is Casanova and Henriette's "theme", they play it at several points during the programme, most notably at the end when they're dancing. Does anyone know what it's called and if it's available to buy/download? I read in another thread that there is no Casanova soundtrack so I'm not holding out much hope..thanks anyway

shareI'm assuming Murray Gold, as he worked with Russel T Davies on the music for Doctor Who as well, if I'm not mistaken. Plus that one bit of music, their theme, sounds in some ways similar to a Doctor Who episode in 18th century France (David Tennant is the lead character in DW) where a woman loves him, and he appears even to love her, and they dance. It was so amazing, I'm sure it's not coincidence. Good luck looking though!
