If Nick was a black belt
Wouldn't that have been a defense once he figured out they were going to kill him? Even if he was scared, wouldn't the martial art defense kick in?

shareI imagine he could handle Frank 1:1, but he was a slight kid, and if it was only TKD, if more than one attacked him and he went down, not much if a difference.
Elvis was a full grown man, and he never felt he was really in trouble until a gun was involved, and he was just a kid.
In real life Nick was not a black belt. also when they took him up the mountain he was stoned on weed, alcohol and valium he could barely walk.
" Tell me mom...when your little girl's on the slab...where will it tickle you?"
because he was in shock, dude. you can't just bust out karate moves on a guy with a tec 9. also, frankie had him convinced until the very end that everything was going to be okay. he was young, naive and stoned.
plus, he just got laid so his guard was let down big time.
I was going to ask the same question, not about the killing, but why he didn't put up any resistance at all when they initially "kidnapped" him
