sharekinda vague all of those things... dont u think? Arent all of those basic requirements for a film to be good? that you like all of those, or at least most of those things? Because all of those things dont specify taste as well. They're just general. I think most people would agree with all of those. thats it.
The discussion part comes in when when you get into matters of taste. The problem with that is that there wont be a resolution either. haha.
Imo, leave it with: Do you like it? "Yes I do... No I dont... Sort of... Not really... etc.' i think if you make it more complicated it loses all the fun and becomes completely arbitrary.
well there's my rant for the day... haha
I think a film that is thoroughly enjoyable without having to think about why it's enjoyable is a start. like in bruges
