Snack bar scene- what are they saying?

What do the two mean mean when they say (something like) "You're not supposed to go up and down, no?" to the teenager manning the snack bar?

reply

I think the two men are telling the snack bar guy that he should be going up and down the aisles with the trolley, selling the snacks and drinks to the passengers.

reply

yeah on irish trains the snack bar goes up and down the middle of the train but its really annoying because no one can get past it. the teenager was trying to avoid doing this and the two men were giving out to him.

I love that scene! Especially when I learned that the kid is Brendan Gleesons son, it makes the scene all the more enjoyable for me, especially the part about the spirits

He's also one of the older Weasley boys who have left Hogwarts by the time Harry starts his first year, I can't remember if Bill is the one who was studying dragons or if it was the other son who had already left Hogwarts
