At the end, when Zack has won the Employee of the Month award, Jessica's character tells him he'll have to wait another 6 weeks to find out if she'll sleep with him. Why another 6 weeks? Didn't he just win?

She doesn't say anything about six weeks. This is how the dialogue goes:

Zach:
{he and Amy kiss} "So does this mean you only..."

Amy:
"Guess you'll have to wait till next month."

"I like my women same way like I like my coffee ... Puerto Rican."

Oh, ok. Well, then if he had just won, why did he have to wait?

Uhhhhh, because he was asking her if she only dated the EOM's. She indicated he would have to wait until next month, to see if someone else won EOM and if so would she still be dating him.

Para tiempo means nada nunca.
