Anybody own this on Blu-ray that would be willing to belp me out?

I bought a copy of this of an Amazon marketplace seller, and he only sent me the disc, no box or artwork. Anyone have a scanner that wouldn't mind scanning the cover and uploading so that I could print it out and have a cover for this? Thanks in advance!

Doesn't anybody shop in stores anymore.........what would have this movie cost new $7-$12 tops? you probably paid close to that just for the shipping

Actually I ended up paying $8.50 including shipping. Either way I ended up getting a good cover for it. Thanks to all for their help!
