Sorry, but really challenges your intelligence

I am not saying that movies needs to be logical, but this one is completely *beep*

1) Why would that fat admin girl do favors for a bar of candy? Its not like it costs $1000's. How stupid can she be to risk her job for some stupid 50 cent candy?

2) Jessica's background check reveals she goes for ambitious guys. Yeh right, working for some supermarket is really ambitious.

3) Vince Character: Everything was wrong. He was treated like he is some superstar. Getting dinner for free, girls going all crazy, etc. I have seen staff in Aldi who can put vince to shame.

Forget cashier. In my uni days, I use to work PT at a bar. There was a guy who was excellent in bar flair. Juggling drinks, tricks, etc and used to get meh! from the girls most of the time. Sometimes girls used to clap and give him couple of quids as a tip but thats it. He never got any phone numbers, never asked out while working. And these girls were completely drunk and not sober. So why would someone be so stupid and fall for a cashier who could ring faster than some average guy?

4) Cashiers: I don't know what kind of place was that, but I have seen cashiers being lowest of the low. Their shift sucks, they are always kept in check by the managers, can only have assigned breaks, like a McDonald employee asks "Would you like fries with that", they have to ask "would you like cash back". But here my oh my, it seems a dream job. Cashier's lounge. Lol seriously?

5) Go karting after the supermarket closes: Seriously? Even if staff is caught sleeping inside after the closing time, I am sure police will be called.

Sorry, there are way too many.

The script makes no sense on so many levels. I have no idea how anyone thought this would make a good movie.

The plot hangs on the notion that Jessica Simpson sleeps with guys who are the Employee of the Month. And she was dating the employee of the month at her old job. But you find out that she doesn't just date a guy because he's the employee of the month. So why was she so excited and impressed with hearing about the employee of the month? It's just bad writing.
