I hit fast forward x 3 for a few seconds. I've already seen all of the footage. In fact, I just saw it 4 minutes ago, but thanks for the constant updates of what I've already seen.
If you can't make 40 minutes of material for an hour slot, get another job.
It's for the convenience of those who are joining the show late. Believe it or not, everything isn't centered around you.

I agree with you. It's a waste of space. Especially for those of us who time-shift or catch the show on the 'net.
I do the same thing, they pretty much show you the whole episode 10 seconds
