Does anyone ever cry watching this?

I've been pretty good so far but I'm on last season "Deadly Morning" and when they found that girl i felt so bad. When her mom was telling how she discovered her daughter and then she was like " they raped my baby" that hurt my heart and then when her friends or sisters and her boyfriend and mom were crying I was holding back tears.

also in the episode where the immigrant family starved to death that was too much.

Was it the lady walking home from work and was raped and murdered then left in a vacant house? If so that one chocked me up.

reply

God, that episode pissed me off. I still think the detectives dropped the ball with it. Their "suspect" was cleared by an alibi, but hell he had her cell phone and it pinged off towers all day as he carried it around and her cell phone happened to go missing right before her murder as she walked to work? *beep* I still think that man did it and she died a brutal death with no justice for the family.

reply

I remember how awful the murder was, but don't remember the suspect. I'm going to have to rewatch it. I wonder if there has been any updates.

reply

When you rewarch it, google her name and see if there are any updates from news articles. Let me know, please.

Will do!

Her name was Jazmine Trotter, but didn't find anything new. Sad.

Yep it was that episode. I think it's called Long Walk home. Her name was Jasmine Trotter. They haven't found the guy yet. Jerome Ogletree was cleared of charges. I think that's his name or something along the sorts. I'll say something though, if anyone will have a gut feeling on who did it it would be her twin sister.

Who do you think did it? I am going to be the stick in the mud and claim it was the guy who had her cell phone.

reply

I honestly have no idea. It could've been him but they probably didn't have enough evidence to hold him.

I don't remeber specifics but it was a young mother, she mayh have been a security guard. There was a drive by at her house (she was not the target)
She laid in bed and covered her litle baby to shield him, but they died. I think there may have been other children (not as young). It may have been Christmas morning...that one breaks my heart.
Wish my memory was clearer.
Any chance you remember which episode you reference about the starving family? I'm just now getting back to watching after several seasons off.

I never cried but came close at times when children are involved and are witnesses to a shooting or a killing or both. Sad.

reply

It was the first time I cried while watching recently. A brother had just been recently released from prison and killed his brother, wife or girlfriend, 2 other adults, 2 children, and 4 kids went to the hospital. The children were to young to be witnesses and the 9 yr. old was in no shape to talk. When he finally was able to speak he told the detectives that it was his Uncle that had committed the murders.

I felt so bad thinking about that young boy. Seeing it all happen and wondering what will happen to him. How will he grow up with violence all around him. There was a $30,000. reward at the time and I pray that it was put away for him. I hoped that he was living with an Aunt or Grandma somewhere out of there.

So sad.
