S6 E11 Double Life

I really enjoy this show....most of the time. But this episode just seemed WRONG to me. I thought the young Hispanic detective was following crazy leads, and the older one was jumping on them. They didn't have enough evidence to arrest the African-American man they seemed so certain did the crime at the end; but I didn't. The older detective yelled that by crossing his arms, the Black man was indicating that he was hiding something. Please....that body language could mean several other things. Where did he get his Ph.D. In psychology? Thank goodness we have laws restraining the police.

They took that man's DNA at the end. Does anyone know if it came back to that Black man?
