Tulsa can't be that stupid...

I can't remember the episode name but it was a Tulsa episode where the nephew was murdered and the uncle got the crap pounded out of him. They're looking in a dumpster near by and find the nephew and uncle's wallets and other personal items. The detective looks at it and goes "That's a clue."

I mean really? They can't be that dumb.
