11 years going strong! Fav season.. episode ?

Wow I was 23 when this show first aired... there was nothing like it on television...Can't believe its been over 10 years...What continues to surprise me , is people lack of compassion for human life.

Most memorable seasons episodes?

I don't think I can recall all of mine ...

I liked the episodes that featured that one police detective who was burned up in a fire in his police car. He survived the fire, but he had no ears and no hair and his face looked kind of like Freddy Kreuger. Just the courage of that guy was incredibly inspiring to me.

Those are some good ones.. It is still sad they don't know till this day who cut the guy's body up..

I don't know the name of the episode.... I know its Miami and the Miami detectives were investigating this case where this guy woke up to find 2 guys trying to break into his car. He chased one of them down and stabbed him to death. He went though a trial and was found not guilty based on stand your ground.. He was so happy. Then an a After First 48 episode which aired a year later.. The same Miami detectives get a call for a shooting and its that same guy that was just acquitted in a car shot to death.. He was not even the intended target.. Just got caught in the crossfire.. man, that blew me away... scary
