Okay, I know I'm going to get chased out of town with pitchforks and flaming torches for this but what about a Muppet version of the Mel Brooks' Broadway Musical "THE PRODUCERS?" Instead of them producing a show called Springtime for Hitler it could be a show that Fozzie wrote that they think will fail because Fozzie's jokes stink but then it becomes a big hit. Here's who I think should play the characters:

Max Bialystock: The Great Gonzo
Leo Bloom: Kermit the Frog
Ulla: Miss Piggy
Franz Liebkind: Fozzie Bear
Roger De Bris: Dr. Bunson Honeydew
Carmen Ghia: Beaker
Hold Me Touch Me: Camilla the Chicken
The Little Old Ladies: Gonzo's chickens

Pretty funny huh? DON'T SHOOT ME!

I don't think that'd work too well because of the sex jokes and language.

I think that a Muppet Producers would be a stroke of genius.

The sex jokes and language would be a problem, plus I don't know if the gimmick would be able to sustain an entire film. (I'm taking this idea way more seriously then you intended it, I know lol) But I can imagine a hysterical short film or comedy sketch or something.

Well, they would probably have to ask Mel Brooks for permission to do this. He might not grant it, although he did work with them in the original Muppet Movie.
