I saw this list of the movies with the dirtiest cops and saw that Forrest was up there for his performance as Captain Wander. He was a slime ball but idk if he should make this list...what do you think?

shareI found Forrest Whittaker's performance totally over-the-top, unconvincing, like he was still in his Idi Amin role.
It´s stretching it a bit that such a loud and stupid man would be a carreer cop - even with all the blackmail going on...
A bit more subdued would have become him better - he just came across as crazy, and that was boring and laughable. He was talking nonsense (bad script).
Oh, a wall of money....he's never heard of banking on the Caymans, then??? Geeez...(bad script again).
Most annoying character in a baaaaad film, imho.
