Is the house on the hill the same from Colors?

As title.. I can remember some missions in gta san andreas taking place in a hill house too, so as in Colors. Is somehow a famous LA place or was it a way of remembering the movie Colors? or they're different places?

I thought so too. The one where the bad guys were buried? I thought maybe I had already had scene this movie at first, but nothing else looked familiar.
