Did you notice that on imdb as well as on amazon.co.uk the worst evaluation you are allowed to give is 1 star? So even if a movie is rated 1.0 there still will be one star of ten to appear illuminated as if there were not much but still a few good things to say about the cineastic crime.
So wouldn't it be better to use an evaluation scale from 0 to 9 instead of 1 to 10?

I said in another threat here that this movie really deserves a 0, not a 1. IMHO the scale should be from 0 to 12 and should at least include .5 for every number to more define it. But I think thats to complicated to programm and quickly calculate every time a vote is made. They only update the voting every week now. If such a complex system would be installed it would probally take a month to compile every time.
I think it should be 0-10, and yes include .5 inbetween all numbers to get a more precise vote.
