I found "Mr. Woodcock" to be funnier than I expected it to be, but there was one scene, when the guys in the pizza restaurant start yelling things like "Mr. Woodcock is humping Farley's mother."
Then they had a bunch of very little kids saying a sexual line like "Mr. Woodcock is f###ing Farley's mother."
This kind of of exploitation of little children should be illegal. Adam Sandler does this kind of thing in his movies a lot.
It's not only that, I hate it when these cocaine-addled Hollywood script writers (STAY ON STRIKE, YOU BUMS) write obscene, vulgar lines for little kids to read. Adam Sandler and the like use kindergarden-age kids to get their cheap laughs.
I hate these people or parents that object to kids bad language or onscreen sex/nudity yet so many of them would happily let them watch violence as its more socially acceptable. On another note this is not exploitation of little children, and Im sure the kids will grow up to be just fine, it was just a few bad words not like they were injecting crack or anything.
^ Yeah, I agree! Some people get so upset of the simplest things. I suggest you all go undercover as a grade school kid because by the time I was in the 2nd grade I heard every curse word in the book on a daily basis.
First off, the kids didn't use the f bomb, they said porking or something like that. Also, I'm sure they don't even know what it means. Honestley I don't see how this is child exploitation. Now, I do agree that sometimes they get small kids in movies to swear alot, and for some reason I find that really wrong. Now, I watch alot of commentaries in movies and I heard that even though the child or children may seem to be present in a vulgar scene like this one, that they are actually not even on set when these scenes with sexual inuendos or swearing are taking place, and the kids scene is filmed at another time. Overall, I think if your going to complain about a movie becasue of this issue, I think you better find another movie to complain about casue there are many that are way worse in exploiting children than this one.
I was just about to say, this is a PG-13 movie, there's no way in hell they could drop the F-bomb in that context. Don't come on here complaining if you have no idea what you are talking about OP.
A wise man once told me that nobody likes a wordsmith.
I think I was about 10 when I received George Carlin's Classic Gold collection which included those "7 words you can't say on television". Not only did I know them, I also knew their meanings. But simply being exposed to strong language didn't turn me into some immoral soulless creature like some people would like to think it does. Words are just words.
To the OP: I agree that kids shouldn't be so out of line etc. but don't fool yourself into believing that the scriptwriters are forcing these things down the throats of innocent little angels. Kids are some of the most perverted, foul-mouthed little beasts on the planet, I should know, I was one, but then I grew up and stopped acting like such an idiot. Anyways, obviously there are great kids and bad kids but in general they're pretty obnoxious, but this is mostly when adults are not around so don't be surprised if you don't notice.
