Vapid, predictable, and tedious to watch. Zero-depth characters. The plot is ridiculous and unbelievable. Full of cliches. The lame ending suits the rest of the film. Nothing remarkable here, on the contrary it feels very amateurish. It's alternative, it's non-mainstream, but it's the worst caliber of it - it's garbage. As usual, morons on IMDb seem to love this crap.

I love the film, I grew up around people who were just like the people in the gang (yep utter twats) and I spent my youth in a town just like the one it's set in, so maybe it's because I can relate to it and to most of Shane Meadows work...
Just out of curiosity do you like other Shane Meadows things? This Is England, Goodbye Charlie Bright? Etc...

I absolutely agree. Badly executed, not enough emotion...could have been a lot better. I gave it a 5/10 mark.
