Easily the weakest HP movie.
So i'm watching all of the HP films in order on TV and wow, this is easily a sudden decline. It's SO SLOW and moves at a snails pace, like 30 minutes in and still nothing has happened yet besides talking in darkly lit rooms. The film tries so desperately hard to be dark and "for adults" that it just becomes silly. If the film were actually were for adults or had adult content then that would be understandable, but instead the film is still stuck in that family movie PG/PG-13 land. The cinematography can be really beautiful AT TIMES, but it's usually too pointlessly blackened, even during the few light hearted scenes and scenes in broad daylights. It's just way too slow and misguided.
