Hey, the singer is Rin Oikawa. She wrote the lyrics and Kanno did the music. She's still a very new artist in Japan so she has nothing in the way of albums or EPs, just assorted songs used in different films and TV shows.
She just did the ending theme for the Devil May Cry anime series called "I'll Be Your Home", it's brilliant and definitely worth checking out.
