Absolutely kills it in this role. I would totally watch a spin off movie of Mrs. Dennit hanging out at Applebee's. Her job working on curing snow blindness in cats.

I think it's best left as a small part, hinting at potential rather than exhausting it. The main problem with the SNL types is that they try to milk every joke and every character for every ounce of humor - and inevitably wind up being tedious. This was a great little part. Leave it at that.
