One of the all time great popcorn horror movies.

Short runtime, elaborate and memorable deaths, relatable and likeable protagonists, nudity, humor, good music, a truly fantastic lead performance from MEW... I'm not sure what else one could ask for.

It's not high art but when it comes to fun horror movies not many are funner. Pure entertainment.

MEW's performance is legitimately superb. One of the best final girl performances I've seen.

Watch this then rewatch Halloween (1978), A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) or whatever. Compare the lead performances. Any one saying Jamie Lee or Heather were better is having a laugh, good as they were MEW bested them here. She deserves more credit.
