I own the box set of KOLCHAK: The Night Stalker. Great TV for it's time. The reason the show didn't continue was over $$$$$ that McGavin felt he deserved more since he was a co-writer of alot of the episodes

I got the blu rays. Darren McGavin is awesome. Before I watched him as Kolchak, I just knew him as the dad in A Christmas Story.
