Beautifully lit scenes full of rich colours! Both films were a pleasure to watch.🐭

The cinematography was amazing! So many, many instances when I just had to stop a scene and play it over for the sheer beauty. Many fascinating camera moments that seem to make a scene more memorable. . .too many to describe as you probably would agree. I haven't seen film making like this or cinematography in a long time.

Absolutely. The photography and Blanchett's performance redeem this film.
Shoot it in a blander style with another lead and it might be quite awful.
