Well, it's actually one guy who has a serious case of penis envy for the British after the Spanish were spanked continually until present times. He has to compare World Heritage sites, land mass, and (of all things) tennis titles...
Sad that people can't just accept that today, every country has a bunch of dirty history, and move forward.
