Richard and Jo

I liked their scenes together. I think Jo needs a father figure. She's never had that and I think Richard can help her deal with the mess everything has become.

I remember when he was in the hospital, after the blackout, when he was hurt. He was there for Thanksgiving and Jo and the other interns planed to have Thanksgiving dinner with him. He's the ultimate father figure.

I know a lot of people hate on Jo, but I like her and I think we'll learn more about her this season.

I didn't appreciate her bailing on Weber

I didn't appreciate Stephanie bailing on Jo and schlepping her off to DeLuca

In fairness to Stephanie her boyfriend had just died and she was grieving. Plus she left her with a responsible doctor who they know. What's the harm in that?

Stephanie was grieving and Jo was sitting there getting drunk. The last thing you want to do when you are grieving is be responsible for another adult who is not responsible enough to not get plastered at the bar, without knowing how she will get home.

DeLuca is an intern, not even friends. He didnt want to do it, but basically Stephanie said here, make sure she gets home ok, then leaves the bar before he say anything, then we're these guys eyeing Jo, so he had no choice but to help her. He did the responsibile thing and took her home. He is the only one blameless
